Product details
Extrudr - TPU Semisoft 85A - White - 1.75 mm TPU Flex Semisoft has been specifically developed for FDM/FFF processes. With an elongation of up to 550%, high material quality, high chemical resistance, and heat resistance up to 98 °C, this material is suitable for numerous industrial applications. It is highly impact and break resistant, halogen-free, and free from silicones, plasticizers, and oils. Additionally, it is UV resistant.
Maximum Load: TPU Flex is one of the most durable materials currently available for FDM/FFF processes. Break elongation: TPU Flex Semisoft only reaches its limits at an extension of more than 550%.
Operating Temperature: TPU Flex Semisoft has a softening temperature of 98 °C and is extremely heat resistant.
Difficulty Level: TPU Flex is suitable for printers with Bowden extruders. Due to its properties regarding flexibility, water absorption, and heat resistance, prior knowledge is necessary.
Visual Quality: Thanks to professional processing, products in the TPU Flex range feature a smooth surface.
Layer Adhesion: TPU Flex is characterized by extreme layer adhesion. The layers cannot be separated by human force.
Impact Resistance: TPU Flex has excellent impact resistance and is suitable for extreme industrial applications.
Technical Data: Printing temperature 220 °C - 250 °C, printing speed 10 mm/s - 20 mm/s, bed temperature 25 °C - 60 °C, filament weight 750 g.
