Product details
Extrudr - TPU Semisoft 85A - Black - 2.85mm TPU Flex Semisoft was specially developed for FDM/FFF processes. With an extensibility of up to 550 %, high material quality, high chemical resistance as well as a heat distortion temperature of up to 98 °C, the material is suitable for numerous industrial applications. - High impact and breakage resistance - Halogen-free - Free of silicone, plasticisers and oils - UV-resistant Maximum load TPU Flex is one of the most resilient materials currently available for FDM/FFF processes. Elongation at break TPU Flex Semisoft only reaches its limits at an elongation of more than 550 %. Application temperature TPU Flex Semisoft is extremely heat resistant with a softening temperature of 98 °C. Degree of difficulty TPU Flex is suitable for printers with Bowden extruders. Due to its properties in terms of flexibility, water absorption and heat resistance, prior knowledge is necessary. Visual quality Thanks to the professional processing, products of the TPU Flex range have a smooth surface. Layer adhesion Extreme layer adhesion characterises TPU Flex. The layers cannot be separated by human force. Impact resistance TPU Flex has excellent impact resistance and is suitable for extreme industrial applications.
