With an extensibility of up to 550 %, high material quality, high chemical resistance as well as a heat distortion temperature of up to 98 °C, the material is suitable for numerous industrial applications. - High impact and breakage resistance - Halogen-free - Free of silicone, plasticisers and oils - UV-resistant Maximum load TPU Flex is one of the most resilient materials currently available for FDM/FFF processes. Elongation at break TPU Flex Semisoft only reaches its limits at an elongation of more than 550 %. Application temperature TPU Flex Semisoft is extremely heat resistant with a softening temperature of 98 °C. Degree of difficulty TPU Flex is suitable for printers with Bowden extruders. Due to its properties in terms of flexibility, water absorption and heat resistance, prior knowledge is necessary.
