Properties of TPU A98 from the TPU plastic family

TPU FLEX A98 is a durable elastomer based on polycaprolactone polyester. It has been specifically designed for industrial applications and is excellent for the production of elastic and cushioning components. The material is optimized for thermal stability and improved flow properties for the FFF/FDM process.

Printing properties: Printing temperature 230 - 250 °C, printing speed 20 - 30 mm/s, bed temperature 50 - 60 °C, difficulty level medium, surface normal, specific weight 1.19 g/cm³, heat resistant up to 110 °C, compatible nozzles: stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, alloys, brass, ruby. Adhesion types: 3DLac adhesion spray.

Special properties: UV/weather resistant, chemical resistance, deformable/flexible.
