Product details
Extrudr - Flex Hard - Black - 2.85 mm TPU Flex Hard has been specifically developed for FDM/FFF processes. With an elongation of up to 480%, high material quality, high chemical resistance, and heat resistance up to 140 °C, this material is suitable for numerous industrial applications. It is highly impact and break-resistant, halogen-free, and free from silicone, plasticizers, and oils. The Shore hardness is D58, and it is UV resistant.
Maximum Load: TPU Flex is one of the most durable materials currently available for FDM/FFF processes.
Break Elongation: TPU Flex Hard only reaches its limits at an elongation of more than 480%.
Operating Temperature: TPU Flex Hard has a softening temperature of 137 °C and is extremely heat resistant.
Difficulty Level: TPU Flex is suitable for printers with a Bowden extruder. Due to its properties regarding flexibility, water absorption, and heat resistance, prior knowledge is necessary.
Visual Quality: Thanks to professional processing, products from the TPU Flex range feature a smooth surface.
Layer Adhesion: TPU Flex is characterized by extreme layer adhesion. The layers cannot be separated by human force.
Impact Resistance: TPU Flex has excellent impact resistance and is suitable for extreme industrial applications.
