It is particularly suitable for use in the automotive sector and outdoors. The material is flame-retardant according to UL94 HB. DuraPro ASA has been optimized for the FFF/FDM process and features good layer adhesion, thermal stability, improved flow properties, and low warping.
Features:
- UV and weather resistant
- Matte surface
- High mechanical load capacity
- Good layer and bed adhesion
- Low warping
Material quantity: 750 g
Printing temperature: 215 - 240 °C
Heated bed temperature: 100 - 110 °C
Printing speed: 40 - 60 mm/s
Fan: 0 - 30 %
Maximum load: DuraPro ASA is very robust and thus finds wide application in the industry.
Elongation at break: DuraPro ASA is flexible while also having relatively high stiffness.
Heat resistance: DuraPro ASA is thermally very stable and has good heat resistance up to 96 °C (VICAT VST).
Difficulty level: The material is suitable for advanced users, especially in the industrial sector. A closed build chamber is required for larger objects.
Visual quality: DuraPro ASA has a matte, non-glossy surface that is of very high quality.
Layer adhesion: Special additives optimize the layer adhesion of DuraPro ASA. DuraPro is optimized for the FFF/FDM process.
Impact resistance: DuraPro ASA has above-average impact resistance.
