Extrudr DuraPro ABS

The new DuraPro ABS has been specifically developed for industrial applications and is characterized by its high process reliability. It is excellent for the production of mechanically highly stressed components. The material is flame-retardant according to UL94 HB and is electrically insulating, making it suitable for high voltage applications. DuraPro ABS has been optimized for the FFF/FDM process and features good layer adhesion, thermal stability, improved flow properties, and low warping.

• Printing temperature: 210 - 240 °C

Maximum Load:
DuraPro ABS has good mechanical resistance and is therefore widely used in the industry.

Elongation at Break:
DuraPro ABS is characterized by flexibility while maintaining high stiffness and load-bearing capacity.

Heat Resistance:
DuraPro ABS remains heat resistant at temperatures up to 90 °C.

Difficulty Level:
The material is particularly suitable for advanced users, especially in the industrial sector. A closed build chamber is required for larger objects.

Visual Quality:
The flow properties optimized specifically for the FDM process result in visibly reduced layers. Additionally, the layers can be smoothed with acetone, giving the surface an appearance similar to that of injection molding.

Layer Adhesion:
DuraPro ABS is a proven material with good layer adhesion.

Impact Resistance:
DuraPro ABS has above-average impact resistance.
