Exsys EX-1309-9 to RS-232/422/485

The USB 2.0 to RS-232 cable provides a serial RS-232/422/485 high-performance UART 16C550 output. It is designed to expand an additional serial output for PCs, small workstations, notebooks, or servers via the USB 1.1 or 2.0 bus. With easy installation, the computer does not need to be opened, and the EX-1309-9 can be installed while the system is running.

• Interface: RS232 V.24, RS422, and RS485 via 9-pin connector
• FIFO Buffer: 16C550 with 16 bytes
• Data Bits: 7, 8 / Stop Bits: 1 or 2 / Parity: none, even, odd, space, mark
• RS232 Signals: TxD, RxD, RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR, DCD, GND
• RS422 Signals: 4-wire (TXD+/-, RXD+/-) Full duplex
• RS485 Signals: 2-wire and 4-wire (Data+/-, Data +/-) Half and full duplex
• Power supply from the USB bus (Bus Power)
• Optionally supports power through the DB 9 pin connector
• Can also be installed in a 19" rack with the optional Din-Rail kit (EX-6099).
