The EX-1185HMVS provides four screwable USB 3.0 downstream ports that protect connected devices against voltage fluctuations. This allows for the connection of up to four external USB peripherals to a USB 3.0 port from a computer in a 19" rack. The included EX-K1572V cable (2 meters) with A-plug to B-plug can be attached to the EX-1185HMVS using knurled screws without the need for a screwdriver. It can be used in automation and office applications and meets the specific requirements of industrial applications. The HUB is very compact and robust.

Protection of connected devices against voltage fluctuations is ensured. The power supply ranges from +7 to 24V DC, which is standard in industrial environments. Installation is done with an integrated DIN rail mounting kit. There is surge protection for each USB port. The HUB supports 900mA USB bus power for each output. Power can be supplied either from the USB bus (bus power) or via an external power supply. The connections are screwable (the included cable is screwable).
