The battery is manufactured using AGM technology – the electrolyte is bound in highly porous fiberglass separators. This prevents the risk of leaks and allows for operation in any position. The battery features self-sealing pressure valves that prevent excessive pressure within the cell (VRLA). The EV series consists of batteries specifically designed for use in UPS systems. With standard dimensions, they are characterized by a significantly lower internal resistance. As a result, the EV series offers higher capacity and excellent discharge characteristics at constant performance and high current, especially for short backup times (5 - 20 minutes).
