Fast and equipped with numerous features
The 2.64-inch PrecisionCore MicroTFP print head achieves print speeds of up to 18 m²/hr in photo quality. The dual roll with automatic switching allows for easy switching between two different media types or sizes. The integrated rewinder also ensures highly productive roll printing, and the new automatic paper loading system enables users to easily handle media, including single sheets and poster boards. With the ability to print via Wi-Fi, the placement of the device is even more flexible.

Extremely detailed prints with every print job
The UltraChrome Pro 6 pigment inks in six colors, including a new gray ink to expand the color gamut, deliver fine gradations and reduced graininess. Thus, the SC-P8500D achieves comparable print quality to other printers with eight inks. The PrecisionCore MicroTFP print head, Variable-Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT), and Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) ensure vibrant images of very high quality. The printer is also equipped with Adobe PostScript 3, providing faster processing times even with very complex files.
