Mit seiner Druckqualität reicht der Epson nicht ganz an die Spitzengeräte aus eigenem Haus heran, kostet dafür aber auch deutlich weniger. Grund dafür ist, dass der Hersteller auf Foto- und Grautinten verzichtet hat. Weniger schön ist ebenso der doch recht hohe Seitenpreis.
…Beim Farbdruck kann der „kleine“ noch mit den beiden anderen im Test mithalten. Erst beim SW-Druck bricht er ein, denn hierfür fehlen dem R2000 die grauen Tinten. Ohne diese muss der Treiber verschiedene Grautöne aus den farbigen Tinten mischen, und dies ist nicht mit der selben Genauigkeit möglich, wie eben mit grauen Tinten...
