Baserack-6/6, 24U 19-inch Aluminum Hybrid Rack Enclosure 600x600x1200 mm (W x D x H), 24U. The base frame is made of aluminum and steel sheet profiles and is designed for quick and easy disassembly. It has an IP 20 protection rating and a maximum static load capacity of up to 800 kg. The front door is made of 4 mm tempered safety glass, framed in an aluminum profile on the right and left sides, equipped with an LS 39 lock and keys. The rear door is made of steel sheet and includes an LS 19 lock and keys. An integrated quick-release system allows for the fast removal of the doors without tools. Locks can be replaced with an LS 92 or LS 95 rotating handle. The door has an opening angle of 180° and can be hinged on the left or right. The side panels are made of steel sheet, are easily removable, and feature a lock that can be secured from the inside, as well as a slot lock. The top has cutouts for cable passage at the back, left, or right, and can accommodate a fan or ventilation plate in the center. A brush seal is available as an accessory. The open base frame structure includes front and rear system grooves that allow for easy retrofitting of base packages. It features 19 mounting levels (482.6 mm) with a hole pattern that complies with IEC 60297-1 and 2 standards, at the front and back on four multifunctional depth supports with markings for precise positioning of the 19 profiles in the enclosure. The height units are continuously numbered from the bottom and top, starting with 1, and are readable from the front. A central grounding connection is provided via an M5 threaded screw. The surface treatment is a structured coating in gray RAL 7035. Supplied accessories include a brush seal, a grounding kit, as well as a VE 50/threaded nut, screw, and washer.
