Energenie LAN power strip

This IP power strip from Energenie features six Swiss T13 sockets, four of which can be controlled via IP/LAN. The LAN power strip is black and comes with a 1.8-meter long power cable. This allows you to conveniently manage all connected devices via smartphone or PC, reducing standby power waste.

Programming is simple. Thanks to the user-friendly "Power Manager" software, you can set up the power strip in no time. Connect the LAN power strip to your network and insert the included CD into your drive. The software for detecting the power strip will start automatically and display the IP address assigned to the LAN power strip.

You can easily access the web user interface with a mouse click or integrate the LAN power strip into the Power Manager using the IP addresses to manage the power strip locally on your PC. The simplest function is to separately turn the four sockets on and off. Each socket can also be controlled individually via a timer that executes the commands even when the PC is not running.

Additionally, you can configure time-based tasks and application events that trigger the socket. For example, automatically turn a socket on or off when the PC starts up or shuts down. You can also set the socket to switch when you open a specific directory or launch certain software. It is also possible to configure hotkeys to turn the socket on and off. Energenie offers a free service where you can register your power strip, allowing you to access it from anywhere on the internet without needing to configure port forwarding on your router.
