With the patented Eltako duplex technology (DX), normally potential-free contacts can still switch at the zero crossing when controlling 230V AC at 50Hz, significantly reducing wear. Simply connect the neutral conductor to the terminal (N) and L to 1 (L) and/or 3 (L). This results in an additional standby loss of only 0.1 watts.

By using bistable relays, there is no coil loss and no heating even when switched on. Up to 60 timer memory slots can be freely distributed across the channels, with date and automatic summer/winter time adjustment. The running reserve without a battery is approximately 7 days. Each memory slot can be assigned either the astronomical function (automatic switching based on sunrise or sunset), the on and off times, or a pulse switching time (where a pulse of 2 seconds is triggered). The Astro on or off time can be shifted by ± 2 hours. Additionally, a time shift influenced by the solstices of up to ± 2 hours can be entered. There is a control input (+A1) for central control to switch on or off with priority. The supply voltage and control voltage for central control is 8 to 230V UC.
