EKWB EK-M.2 NVMe Heatsink

The EK-M.2 NVMe cooler is a passive heatsink designed for M.2 NVMe Next Generation Form Factor SSDs. For many PC owners, it is a much-needed aesthetic and functional cooling solution. It is no secret that M.2 NVMe SSDs can easily overheat and be subject to thermal throttling, which can impair performance. The cooler improves the temperatures of the SSDs by 8-11 °C or even more with sufficient airflow.

The unique design of the heatsink ensures easy installation, a low profile, is easily reusable, and is aesthetically unobtrusive. Simple clips make the cooler very easy to install and reuse when upgrading SSDs. The heatsink is ribbed, so it is not just a flat aesthetic cover; it also acts as a very effective passive cooler. The EK-M.2 NVMe cooler is compatible with all 2280 M.2 NVMe SSDs (22 mm wide, 80 mm long). Since the cooler also consists of a front and back plate, compatibility is limited to M.2 (NGFF) connectors with a height of 4.2 mm.
