Efest Charger Lush Q8 for lithium ion batteries
Chargers without batteryProduct details
The Q8 from Efest is an extension of Efest's LUSH series. With its futuristic design and attractive pricing, the series is gaining increasing popularity.
The LUSH Q8 features new versions with extended charging slots up to 73 mm, allowing for the use of 20700 and 21700 battery sizes. The LUSH Q8 charger is suitable for batteries with a diameter of up to 26 mm and a length of 73 mm. Efest has opted not to include a built-in power supply in the Q8, instead providing a 12V 2A power adapter, similar to what is known from the LUC series.
The Q8 model is an 8-bay battery charger with 3 different charging currents: 0.5A x 8, 1A x 4, and 2A x 2. It is compatible with all Li-ion batteries (IMR, INR, ICR) with a nominal voltage of 3.6/3.7V and charges them quickly and safely up to 4.20V; the shutdown occurs automatically.
The following lithium-ion battery types can be charged with the Efest Lush Q8: Li-Ion (3.6/3.7V nominal) up to 4.2V in sizes: 10440, 14500, 14650, 16340, 16650, 17650, 17670, 18350, 18490, 18500, 18650, 20700, 21700, 25000, 26500, 26650.
Slots 1 and 8 are not suitable for 10440, 14500, 14650, and 16340 due to the current strength of up to 2A.
Distribution of charging currents:
- The two outer slots are designed for batteries with a diameter of 18 mm to 26 mm and can be charged with a current of 2A, provided that no other batteries are in slots 2 to 7. Caution is advised with small batteries (10440, 14500, 14650, 16340); do not place them in the outer slots (slots 1 and 8).
- Slots 2 to 7 charge with 0.5A to 1A (depending on occupancy).
- With 4 slots occupied, the batteries are charged at 1A; with occupancy from 4 to 8 slots, the charging current is 0.5A.
Efest Lush Q4 product information:
- 8 separate charging bays, individually monitored
