Technical specifications for "Efest IMR 10440 350 mAh 3.7 V unprotected":
Notes: Charging lithium-ion batteries requires a special charger that charges the batteries using a specific charging method (CCCV = constant current, constant voltage). The batteries must not be charged above a voltage of 4.2 volts, as this poses a risk of fire and explosion. It is advantageous to charge the batteries only up to about 4.1 volts, as this significantly increases their lifespan and the number of charge cycles (potentially up to doubling). Only lithium-ion chargers should be used for charging. However, inexpensive chargers sometimes have the disadvantage of not safely shutting off after the charging process ends, continuing to charge the batteries with a small current, which can be dangerous.
