Let yourself be drawn into the breathtaking world of Split Fiction and experience the new, genre-bending co-op action-adventure from the studio behind IT, the 2021 Game of the Year. The two aspiring writers, Mio and Zoe, are actually quite different – one writes sci-fi stories, the other fantasy. When they connect to a machine that catapults them into their stories, they become prisoners of their own imaginations. Only by working together will they be able to escape and prevent their creative ideas from being stolen. Together, they must master a variety of skills and overcome a wide range of challenges. The result is a surprising tale of friendship – set in diverse sci-fi and fantasy worlds.

The unique action-adventure game Split Fiction will keep you glued to your sofa with its unexpected twists. One minute you’re taming enchanting dragons; the next, you’re fighting as a cyber-ninja, fleeing from terrifying trolls or dodging flying cars hurled by a mad robo-car park attendant. It’s bizarre, wild – and a treat for team players!

This split-screen adventure is best experienced as a duo. Experience co-op gameplay where you’ll need to coordinate your actions and time your moves. You’ll also have to work together to overcome challenges. Invite a friend to play with you for free on any platform (cross-platform play on PS, Xbox and PC) – with the Friends Pass. This wild ride is brought to you by Hazelight, the team behind the thrilling co-op experiences It Takes Two and A Way Out.

PEGI

Pan European Game Information (PEGI) is a European video game content rating system established to help European parents make informed decisions on buying computer games with logos on games boxes.

Country version Packaging

Describes whether the game comes with USK or PEGI packaging. USK ("Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle") is the age rating used in the German market. The PEGI ("Pan European Game Information") age rating is used in the rest of Europe (and also predominantly in the Swiss market). While PEGI is "only" a recommendation, the USK rating is binding for the sale of software in the German market.

The country version usually has no influence on the game content.

Note: It can happen that occasionally different packaging is delivered.
