EA Games

In Need for Speed Heat, a hardcore racing game where you take on the police of a city and fight your way into the elite of street racing, you can escape during the day and risk everything at night. During the day, you participate in the Speedhunter Showdown, a sanctioned competition where you earn money to customize and upgrade your garage with high-performance cars.

Be rebellious, be expressive. With even more options to customize your fleet and personalize your identity behind the wheel, this is the time to not hold back in being unique and ensuring everyone knows who you are. This also means tuning your car's performance and handling to your style, then assembling a group of online friends and hitting the streets to cause chaos all over Palm City. And when someone tries to stop you, that's when the real fun begins.

Beat the Heat. In daylight, you must do everything to annoy the cops patrolling Palm City. But after dark, the rules change when a rogue special unit appears, now hunting you and your car. Dive deeper into the story and confront the head of the task force, Lieutenant Mercer, who runs a corrupt operation targeting racers and chopping up their cars for cash.

PEGI

Pan European Game Information (PEGI) is a European video game content rating system established to help European parents make informed decisions on buying computer games with logos on games boxes.

Country version Packaging

Describes whether the game comes with USK or PEGI packaging. USK ("Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle") is the age rating used in the German market. The PEGI ("Pan European Game Information") age rating is used in the rest of Europe (and also predominantly in the Swiss market). While PEGI is "only" a recommendation, the USK rating is binding for the sale of software in the German market.

The country version usually has no influence on the game content.

Note: It can happen that occasionally different packaging is delivered.

The Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) is the responsible body in Germany for the age rating of video games as well as video game trailers.
