Product details

Vulkan HotEnd - 1.75 mm - 12 V - Bowden

The Volcano HotEnd is the solution for slow printing. With three times the volumetric flow rate of the standard V6, Volcano enables faster printing of larger and stronger parts. If you have a printer with a large build volume, the Volcano HotEnd is a must-have.

Customizable

The Volcano HotEnd is compatible with the E3D ecosystem as much as possible. You can choose from a range of upgrades, including temperature sensors and heating cartridges, as well as various nozzle materials and sizes for any application you need.

Faster

Thanks to the larger melt zone, the Volcano HotEnd can print thicker and wider lines, resulting in a drastic reduction in printing times.

Stronger

In addition to the reduced printing time, the thick traces printed by Volcano exhibit higher interlayer adhesion and connect with improved strength. The printed parts are extremely stable, less brittle, and feel much more robust than standard prints.

Larger

With the increasing demand for larger 3D-printed parts such as furniture and automotive components, there is also a growing need to reduce overall printing time. The Volcano heating block has been designed to make printing large parts more efficient by allowing the use of larger nozzle sizes and higher flow rates.
