E3D RapidChange Revo ObXidian High Flow Nozzle

With a wear resistance that is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle, ObXidian is truly tough. It is several times harder than Nozzle X and any other hardened steel nozzle. This is achieved by combining a tool steel insert with the new E3DLC coating. This specially formulated coating gives the nozzle anti-stick properties, significantly reducing the accumulation of plastic around the nozzle.

The Revo ObXidian High Flow increases the volumetric flow rate of your setup, allowing you to print abrasive materials faster.

How does it work?

Revo High Flow has exactly the same form factor as the standard Revo hot ends; this means you won’t need to adjust your existing mounts and fan ducts! These high flow nozzles use a unique custom internal geometry to increase the surface area for improved heat transfer to the filament.

More Nozzle Sizes

The Revo ObXidian High Flow allows for higher flow rates for the existing 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm nozzle sizes and expands your arsenal of wear-resistant nozzles with sizes 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.4 mm.

Experiment Freely

Since the nozzles are so easy to swap out, you can experiment with different nozzles for various applications. If you encounter issues like clogged nozzles, simply unscrew one and effortlessly replace it with a new one. This leads to a significant reduction in your 3D printer's downtime, meaning more time for 3D printing!
