E3D RapidChange Revo High Flow High Temperature Abrasive Nozzle HF HT-A nozzles are wear-resistant high-temperature nozzles with high flow rates. Similar to ObXidian, these nozzles feature a hardened steel tip, a copper base, and a copper distribution segment to optimize heat transfer to the heat sink. The nozzle is coated with chromium nitride to ensure wear resistance, additional corrosion protection, and non-stick properties for printing at temperatures up to 500 °C.

Please note: While HT nozzles can be used with 40W and 60W HeaterCores, they are limited to a temperature of 300 °C. To print at temperatures up to 500 °C, we recommend using one of our Revo High Temperature Hotside Kits.

Revo HF HT-A increases the volumetric throughput of your setup, allowing you to print high-temperature resistant, abrasive materials faster.

Revo HF HT-A has the same form factor as standard Revo HotEnds, meaning you won't need to modify your existing mounts and fan ducts. These high flow nozzles utilize a unique custom internal geometry to increase the surface area for improved heat transfer to the filament.

Revo HF HT-A allows for higher flow rates for existing nozzle sizes of 0.4 mm, 0.60 mm, and 0.80 mm, and expands your arsenal of high flow wear-resistant nozzles with sizes of 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm, and 1.40 mm.

Since the nozzles are so easy to swap out, you can experiment with different nozzles for various applications. In cases of clogged nozzles, simply unscrew one and effortlessly replace it with a new one. This leads to a significant reduction in your 3D printer's downtime, meaning more time for 3D printing.
