These high-quality high-throughput unicorn nozzles are an official collaboration between E3D and Creality, specifically designed for use with their K1C, K1 Max, Ender 3 V3/Plus, and Ender 3 V3 KE/SE 3D printers. They feature an integrated nozzle and all-metal heat break that provide superior thermal performance, preventing thermal runaway and filament leaks. Additionally, the nozzles are designed for quick and easy nozzle changes, taking less than five minutes to replace.

High Flow Rate for High-Speed Printing

E3D's unique multi-channel design splits the filament path into four separate channels, significantly increasing the contact area with the filament. This improvement results in a higher volumetric flow rate, allowing the nozzles to achieve a maximum flow rate of up to 52 mm³/s, which supports high-speed printing at 600 mm/s. This means you can expect more reliable and consistent extrusion at the same speeds or increase the volumetric flow rate limit in the slicer to fully utilize the capabilities of the motion systems.

Improved Layer Adhesion

High-speed printing often sacrifices visual and functional aspects for speed, but these nozzles maintain layer adhesion even at higher speeds, resulting in a proper filament finish and stable parts for functional applications.

Tri-Metal Construction

To reduce the risk of heat transfer, these nozzles feature a titanium heat break with a sharp thermal gradient, ensuring that the cold side remains cool while the hot side stays hot.
