The precision E3D nozzles are based on a solid diamond tip to enhance the precision of 3D printing. The tip is not a diamond coating but a solid diamond substrate made of polycrystalline diamond. It transfers heat from the hotend through the nozzle into the filament, ensuring more precise printing and better layer adhesion with every print.
