Drywise Pre-Heater
The Drywise Pre-Heater expands the material compatibility offered by Drywise by pre-treating the filament before it is fed into the Drywise dryer. The attachment is essential for the reliable and even drying of certain material types prior to drying. Since some materials, such as all carbon and glass fiber-filled materials, are more brittle than others, the use of the Drywise Pre-Heater accessory is necessary to relieve stresses and make the materials easier to process. The Drywise user interface informs the user when the pre-heater is required. It is important to note that if a specific material does not require the pre-heater, it does not need to be removed; the Drywise simply does not turn it on, thus having no effect on the material or the performance of the Drywise.
