The TBS ASI2C Digital AirSpeed Sensor Kit from Dronefactory is a highly advanced accessory for drones that enables precise airspeed measurements. Equipped with a Measurement Specialties 4525DO sensor, this kit offers a measurement range of up to 1 psi, corresponding to speeds of approximately 100 m/s or 360 km/h. The high resolution of 0.84 Pa and the 14-bit data transmission from a 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC ensure accurate readings. Additionally, the kit measures temperature to calculate true airspeed from indicated airspeed by utilizing the MS5611 static pressure sensor on the Pixhawk. The sensor's design minimizes the influence of nearby heat sources, resulting in more accurate temperature measurements. The kit is compatible with all generations of Pixhawk and PX4 autopilots and features easy installation with M3 / 6-32 mounting holes.
