Thus, the service package significantly contributes to securing your investment and minimizing risks. However, it does not include liability insurance, which must be purchased separately according to applicable regulations. Activate the service within 48 hours along with a device, and you will have the option to receive up to two replacement devices during the insurance period. The resulting contractual relationship exists between you as the customer and the service provider DJI Enterprise. Please note that some Enterprise products already include DJI Enterprise Care packages as standard manufacturer services. The corresponding insurance coverage can be extended for an additional 12 months with a separately available Renew package. The number of replacement devices is then reduced to a maximum of one replacement device during the term.
