Product details
Dianoz Diamond Nozzle 1.0 RepRap M6 - 7.5mm. As the hardest natural material in the world, diamond offers the best wear protection, even at the nozzle tip. At the same time, it conducts heat exceptionally well, ensuring uniform material extrusion and smooth surfaces. No other material combines these two properties as effectively, which is why the DIANOZ nozzle is reinforced with synthetic diamond. These artificially produced diamonds, also known as polycrystalline diamonds or PKD for short, possess the same chemical and physical properties and match the natural gemstone in terms of hardness and thermal conductivity.
Ultra-wear-resistant for abrasive filaments. Effortless printing of demanding materials such as glass or carbon fiber reinforced plastics, as well as ceramic or metal-filled materials and high-temperature filaments. Large components and high quantities can be produced in 24/7 printing operations without changing the nozzle. One nozzle for all materials – "always on nozzle."
High-quality printing results. High thermal conductivity ensures a consistent filament flow and smooth surfaces. The optimized filament channel supports uniform material extrusion. The smoothing surface at the nozzle tip enhances the print surface. Increase process reliability during printing, no interruptions due to nozzle changes, consistent layer thickness without wear-related readjustments, and reliable temperature control.
Cost-efficient printing, less frequent nozzle replacements, and reduced personnel effort for maintenance and nozzle changes. Printing at lower temperatures reduces energy costs.
