Product details

The optical label sensor from Di-Soric is a highly advanced electronic module designed for precise detection and processing of labels in various applications. With an LED as the light source and a sensitivity adjustment via a teach button, this sensor offers reliable performance. The sensor's light color is infrared with a wavelength of 880 nm, making it ideal for detecting transparent or reflective materials. It is suitable for operation in a wide temperature range of -10 to +60 °C and meets the IP 67 protection class, which protects it from dust and water. The connection is made via a 3-pin M8 connector, facilitating integration into existing systems.

  • Operating voltage of 10 to 35 V DC, suitable for Supply Class 2
  • Maximum idle current of 35 mA for energy-efficient operation
  • Switching output of the pnp type with a maximum load of 200 mA, configurable as NO or NC
  • Fork width of 2 mm and internal arm length of 40 mm for precise label detection.
