The Kramerin TP-590T is a modern HDBaseT transmitter that allows you to transmit HDMI signals up to 70 meters.

In addition, it features bidirectional USB2.0-A/B signal transmission. Thus, a USB device can be connected either to the transmitter or the receiver, making installations in conference rooms flexible. The device also supports USB2.0 webcam transmission.
