The 3-meter long Deltaco EV-3213 charging cable has a maximum charging power of 11 kW at 16 A. This 3-phase charging cable is equipped with a Type 2 to Type 2 connector, which is the standard in the EU. With this cable, you can charge at most charging stations in Europe. Thanks to its IP66 certification, the cable is protected against dust and strong water jets, making it suitable for charging your electric car in any weather. The charging cable is compatible with all modern vehicles with a Type 2 connector, including Audi, BMW, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The connectors of the charging cable are silver-plated. The 3-phase cable is made from TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light. The charging cable is monitored through bidirectional communication, meaning that an exchange occurs between the vehicle and the charger. Before the charging process begins, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and that the car can be charged. Additionally, a mechanical lock secures the charging cable, protecting it from theft and unauthorized use. Disconnect the charging cable first at the Type 2 connector on your vehicle after charging. The cable must not be repaired or spliced, as this may compromise safety and functionality.
