The La Specialista comes with 3 preset recipes - Espresso, Americano, and Coffee. Or create your own with the "My" button. Start preparing your drink by preheating the portafilter (and its pressurized basket) for better results. Attach the portafilter under the grinder and grind the beans to your desired size. Tamp the beans firmly with the built-in tamper and be amazed.
