The integrated conical grinder made of hardened steel can be adjusted to 11 grind settings. Two sensors (RPM sensor and grind setting sensor) ensure a constant, even dosing of freshly ground coffee powder. The typical barista gesture of tamping, or compressing the coffee grounds, is made easy with the Smart Tamping Station. By pulling the side lever to the stop, the coffee grounds are tamped evenly with exactly 20 kg of pressure. Two independent thermoblock heating systems with temperature control provide the highest thermal stability for coffee preparation. Espresso, coffee, and Americano (extra hot water nozzle for extending the espresso) can be prepared at the touch of a button. The professional milk frothing nozzle quickly prepares hot milk or creamy milk foam - the desired setting can be selected via a variable controller on the nozzle. Large glasses (up to 12 cm) for milk drinks fit on the flexible cup support area.
