This USB 3.0 pin header adapter can be plugged into a free USB 3.0 pin header connector on your motherboard, allowing you to expand your system internally by two USB 3.0-A ports. This way, you can connect devices such as a USB memory stick or USB Wi-Fi adapter internally. Since the USB 3.0-A interface is compatible with its predecessors USB 2.0 and USB 1.1, you can continue to use your existing USB devices.
