This SATA extension cable by Delock is used to extend a SATA data and power interface and can connect various devices with a 22 pin SATA interface.

Specification

  • Connectors: SATA 6 Gb/s 22 pin (7 pin data + 15 pin power) male, SATA 6 Gb/s 22 pin (7 pin data + 15 pin power) female
  • Variant with 4 power lines (Ge = 12 V, Sw = GND, R = 5V)
  • Data transfer rate up to 6 Gb/s
  • Backwards compatible with SATA 1.5 Gb/s and 3 Gb/s
  • Wire cross-section: 26 AWG data cable, 18 AWG power cable
  • Length without connections: approximately 30 cm
