With this adapter from Delock, a DVI monitor can be connected to a system via a free DisplayPort interface. The adapter supports a resolution of up to 4K Ultra HD at 30 Hz and is backward compatible with Full HD 1080p.

Connections: 1x DisplayPort plug, 1x DVI 24+5 socket with nuts. Chipset: Parade PS8402A. DVI-D (Single Link), VGA not connected. DisplayPort 1.2 specification. Passive converter (Level Shifter), suitable only for graphics cards with DP++ output. Resolution: DVI up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz (depending on the system and connected hardware); HDMI with the help of an adapter cable up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz (depending on the system and connected hardware). Connections: gold-plated. 1x ferrite core. Cable length without connectors: approximately 15 cm. Color: black. OS independent, no driver installation required.
