This USB pin header can be connected to a free USB pin header socket on your motherboard to internally expand your system by 2 USB-A ports. This allows you to use devices like a USB memory stick or USB Wi-Fi adapter internally. From the motherboard, both USB sockets are oriented to the right and left.
