The Gryphon barcode scanner series from Datalogic is popular among users in retail, logistics, transportation, pharmacy, and the gastronomy sector. Thanks to its proactive scanning features, the Bluetooth variant Gryphon GBT4500 is also a favorite. Suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users, this handheld scanner impresses with its elegant design, intuitive operation, and impressive internal features. With the new wireless charging function, the Gryphon barcode scanner is quickly and easily charged via induction. It no longer has charging contacts, making it less susceptible to wear and tear. The data transmission is also wireless: the Gryphon GBT4500 features Bluetooth 4.0 with BLE. The Gryphon scans 1D, 2D, and optionally Digimarc barcodes at high speed. The eye-friendly white backlighting particularly aids in reading low-contrast, colored barcodes. The Gryphon has a very high depth of field, allowing it to quickly capture poorly readable or damaged barcodes. Whether in handheld mode or in a stand, it automatically switches between the necessary scan modes while scanning, thanks to Datalogic's Motionix motion sensors. The barcode scanner is particularly robust due to its IP52 certification and its resistance to drops from heights of up to 1.8 meters.
