They provide information about the amount of power drawn from each output, each circuit, and the entire PDU.

Switched PDU: compact network-capable power distribution with switchable outputs. The CyberPower Switched Series power distribution units (PDUs) are intelligent distributors that enable remote monitoring via an SNMP interface for local management. They provide the ability to control individual sockets and allow for shutdowns or restarts of connected devices.

The digital measuring device provides information on load and voltage, preventing downtime due to overload or other events in the power supply. The PDUs of the Switched Series have 8 unfiltered outputs and are ideally suited for installation in server racks with a 1U form factor.

To communicate with the PDU and integrate with our UPS devices, the dedicated software PowerPanel Business Edition can be used. Additionally, a web server is built into the PDU, which is managed via a browser. The browser can connect to the PDU via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or through encrypted communication. A management framework for SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) integration is available, allowing for easy linking of events with other data and executing actions.
