Product details
The Sermoon M1 is one of the most powerful printers developed by Creality. It is an industrial-grade high-temperature printer with many useful features. The dual temperature control system allows for real-time temperature monitoring. Consistent results are achieved through hot air circulation. The high-performance heated bed reaches 150 °C in just 3 minutes. The temperature in the filament chamber remains constant. A large display with an intuitive user interface ensures easy operation. The entire printer has a double-layer casing that provides excellent thermal insulation. The heated bed is made of 6 mm thick aluminum and can also reach 150 °C in just 3 minutes. The build platform is made of crystalline silicon glass with a nano-coating. The cooling system operates with both air and water, providing optimal cooling effects and maintaining a constant temperature around the nozzle. The filament compartment can maintain a relative humidity of 10-25% to ensure that the filament is not exposed to moist air, which can lead to faulty prints and brittle filament. The printer features a heated build chamber that can be set to 90 °C. Thanks to infrared radiation and hot air circulation, the heated chamber quickly reaches its temperature and provides the chamber with a "gentle" heat that reaches every corner. In the event of a power outage during printing, the nozzle automatically returns to the zero point of the X-axis before the machine shuts down. When printing with high-temperature materials, the cooling system of the upper door can be activated to cool the air between the two shells. This improves the stability and lifespan of the device.
