This repair kit includes a 24V 40W heating cartridge from Creality and two copper connection sleeves, each with a piece of heat shrink tubing. To replace the heating cartridge, simply cut the wires with side cutters and strip a little insulation off. Then, insert the ends of the wires into the copper sleeve and crimp them together with pliers. Finally, heat the heat shrink tubing with a heat gun until it has shrunk.

Caution: Always slide the heat shrink tubing over the wire before crimping the sleeve.

Note: The heating cartridge can also be used on other 3D printers. Just check the voltage, power, cable length, and connection.
