Ensure that the wire diameter is between 2.80 mm and 2.90 mm for accurate printing results. The nozzle temperature should be set between 200-230 degrees, while the heated bed should maintain a temperature between 25 and 60 degrees. Make sure the print speed is between 10 and 80 mm/s to ensure even layering. It is recommended to use a fan during the printing process for effective cooling. Suitable print surfaces include carbon crystal silicon, PEI platform sheets, Meiwen paper, or PVP permanent adhesive. Note the Shore hardness of 65A and the high density of 0.95 g/cm³ of this material. With these settings, you can achieve high-quality 3D prints with the CR-TPR 65A.
