3D Scanning Mode

Scanning usually refers to little more than photographing paper. The Creality Scanner CR-Scan 01 opens up entirely new possibilities in this area: scanning objects in three-dimensional space up to two meters in size. There is no longer any need for high-tech, complicated preparation, as the CR-Scan 01 offers extremely straightforward procedures: the object can simply be scanned by hand. No marking points are necessary for this. The scanner is simply moved around the object, and a highly precise algorithm, based on color and structural features, compiles scans from various positions. Even more precise is the turntable mode, where the object is positioned on a turntable and automatically captured by the scanner during rotation. Scans with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm can be directly exported to 3D printing formats such as STL or OBJ, and color information is also captured during the scan and transmitted for 3D color printing. A USB 3.0 interface serves as the data interface, compatible with Windows 10. The package includes an 8G USB drive, as well as a data and a power cable.
