Product details
Larger Build Volume
With its massive volume of 450 × 450 × 470 mm, the CR-M4 is a true workhorse for creating large or life-sized models with less post-processing. Thanks to the larger volume, more small models can also be printed in one go, making the printing process more efficient.
Linear Dual Rails with Y-Axis
Two CNC-machined precision linear rails optimize the transfer of the Y-axis, which is driven by a strong and precise motor, ensuring smooth and accurate operation. The rails made of bearing steel are wear-resistant and free of play, capable of withstanding heavy loads. They are much more reliable and durable than V-slot rails.
Less Wobbling with Rigid Z-Axis
The dual Z-axis prevents sagging of the gantry and Z-wobble. Together with the two support rods, a rigid triangle is formed to stabilize the upper frame. Each Z-axis is driven by an independent motor to ensure smooth movement. Now, the quality of tall models is guaranteed from top to bottom.
Raise the Bar for Extruder Specifications
The all-metal direct drive extruder "Sprite" with a dual gear design provides a strong and consistent extrusion force of 80 N. It is excellent for extruding flexible filaments like TPU.
High-Flow Hotend
The improved high-flow nozzle plus a 50W heating cartridge fully melts high-temperature filament at 300 °C, ensuring a smooth feed. It is interchangeable with a 0.6 or 0.8 mm nozzle.
Dedicated Model Cooling
A standalone 4020 fan cools the freshly printed section with strong airflow. This allows the model to harden faster without warping or sagging.
