The Compex Muscle Stimulator Fit: With various training programs, the Compex Muscle Stimulator Fit is available in three fitness series: Fit 1.0, Fit 3.0, and Fit 5.0. The 1.0 and 3.0 models need to be wired using the included electrodes, while the 5.0 device comes with two stimulation modules and connects wirelessly to the modules. Electrical impulses are transmitted to the muscles through these electrodes and modules. Depending on how often you train, the Fit 1.0 is equipped with 10 programs, the 3.0 with 20 fitness programs, and the Fit 5.0 with 30 programs.
