The CMP-20II is the smallest mobile printer from Citizen and matches the larger models in terms of performance, features, and design. This makes it ideal for printing receipts, tickets, delivery notes, or invoices on the go. The device produces 58 mm wide receipts using thermal direct printing at speeds of up to 80 mm/second with a quality of 8 dots/mm (203 dpi). It supports the printer languages ESC/POS, CPCL, and ZPL. The well-designed paper change mechanism ensures easy handling: a capacity of up to 48 mm roll diameter means that changing the paper is rarely necessary, and the new roll can be easily inserted into the housing with one hand – various sensors take care of the rest without wasting paper for adjustments. Three built-in interfaces provide a wide range of applications: RS232, USB, and Bluetooth for seamless communication with iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices. Wi-Fi is available as an optional interface. Thanks to its sturdy plastic housing, the mobile printer can withstand occasional bumps and falls from heights of up to 1.2 meters.
