Speed controller tio Marine (6-12V) Brushed The tio Marine is a speed controller for brushed motors, which was specially developed for use in RC ship models / boats. Operation is possible with Li-Po and the usual NiMH/NiXX battery packs as well as with lead-acid and maintenance-free lead-gel batteries. The tio Marine speed controllers also feature a new 4-quadrant control system that stops the motor completely before it turns in the opposite direction. This allows for perfect and sensitive control during slow speed operation. Another feature of the tio Marine speed controllers is the ability to engage or disengage reverse. This is easily done by pressing the set button once, allowing you to operate the controller in forward / reverse or forward only mode. The Marine is an excellent choice from the new line of tio marine speed controllers. This is mainly due to the proven features such as failsafe system, 100% proportional motor control in both directions, and motor stall protection. Of course, the tio Marine range of speed controllers are all 100% waterproof and designed to run on fully charged 12v lead-acid or lead-gel batteries, or even a fully charged 3S lipo pack.
