Pencil case in a flat shape for a writing instrument. Caran d'Ache collaborates with Paris-based designer Isaac Reina for the "Les Cuirs de la Maison" series. The Spanish-born designer has worked for Hermès and now has his own brand known for its simple, understated, and high-quality leather accessories. It’s no surprise that leather takes center stage in this series and defines the name of the collaboration. While the inside of the pencil case is lined with textured synthetic leather to help the pens grip better, the two outer sides are made of smooth calfskin leather. The case has no closure; the writing instrument fits snugly into the case. Elegant embossing on the front and along the edge completes the casual-chic look.
