Die Abstimmung des Druckers ist etwas ungewöhnlich, was aber der guten Bildqualität kein Abbruch tut. Leider macht der Drucker dem Anwender die Handhabung nicht sonderlich leicht, was in dieser Preisklasse auf jeden Fall wünschenswert gewesen wäre.

Wer auch gerne mal größer Drucken will, bis hin zum A3-Format, für den ist der Pixma Pro-1 genau die richtige Wahl. Die Druckqualität ist sowohl bei Schwarz-Weiß als auch in Farbe auf höchstem Niveau, wobei das Gerät nicht sonderlich wählerisch ist bei der Papierauswahl und sogar CDs kann er bedrucken...

…In Sachen Geschwindigkeit tun sie sich nicht viel, aber der Canon druckt deutlich leiser und mit weniger Vibrationen, wirkt insgesamt weitaus solider.
...Am Ende sind allerdings die Druck-Ergebnisse entscheidend: Und die Drucke des Canons Pixma Pro-1 sind exzellent, die Detailgenauigkeit übertrifft sogar die Epson R3000.
