B+W Neutral Density Filter ND 3.0 MRC Nano MASTER 55 mm. This neutral density filter offers ten stops of light reduction. This filter is often used for experimentation. Flowing water appears to blend into a mist. Moving people in squares and streets blur into obscurity or become invisible. Some of these are extreme long exposures of up to one minute. The use of a stable tripod is required.
